A summer tradition...
For a week each summer, classical music fills the air during Nebraska's only summer classical music offering - the Meadowlark Music Festival. Every July, hundreds of people gather at comfortable venues around the state and listen to world class musicians perform beautiful music, and this year is no exception. From traditional Australian music, to Mendelssohn and Medtner, spicy Salsas, and organ, alp horn, bagpipe and xylophone combinations, you won't want to miss any of the 2009 Festival concerts!
Now in its 9th year, Meadowlark Music Festival continues its tradition of offering family friendly, affordable, classical music to Nebraskans. Dress casual, invite friends, and be prepared to have a very good time at the 2009 Meadowlark Music Festival!

Buffet style Australian “Barbie” barbecue catered by Ideal Grocery and Market of Lincoln, Nebraska. The “Barbie” will include barbeque pork, buns, two side dishes, brownies, pop/soda, condiments and table wear.
